TL;DR
MAXYZ ask the DAO to approve the following:
- Give blessing for a formal fork and reincarnation
- Grant access to any security related materials
Motivation
Following the result of the previous fork proposal BIP-929, the MAXYZ continued conversations with partners, internal and external to Balancer DAO, and still see a path forward. As a matter of fact, feedback on our vision has been so positive that it is difficult for us to not continue our efforts.
