Summary: Use POAP Snapshot Plugin to reward voters with POAP badges. $GHST tokens appearing on more exchanges yield more $GHST holders, this proposal is to entice all $GHST holders to vote with rewards of POAP badges. The Plugin is ready for adoption.
The effect is to increase voter participation among non gotchi holders aka lickquidators.
The end goal and benefit is a growing community who can learn about upcoming participation…
