Revoke minting permissions on the first two deprecated thUSD contracts
AI summary
This proposal asks the Threshold Network DAO to remove the ability to create new thUSD tokens from two old, unused thUSD smart contracts. This is a security measure to prevent any accidental or malicious minting of thUSD from these deprecated contracts, following a previous decision (TIP-078) to stop using them.
If this proposal passes, the security of the Threshold Network's thUSD stablecoin will be slightly improved by closing a potential vulnerability. No one directly benefits or loses financially, but the overall system becomes more secure.
