Context: This vote will determine the five community members who will serve as signers on the 3-of-5 emergency multisig that safeguards ShutterDAO 0x36’s Octant v2 vault. Decision Type: Weighted vote

Background

As outlined in the Octant v2 Pilot: https://shutternetwork.discourse.group/t/octant-v2-pilot-to-optimize-treasury-strengthen-ecosystem/760

The emergency multisig will hold limited authority to execute an emergency unwind, returning funds from the external yield strategy back to the DAO’s vault in the event of a technical or security risk.
