Decision: Should ShutterDAO 0x36 run a pilot with Octant v2, depositing $1.5M USDC into an ERC-4626 vault and routing 100% of generated yield to DAO-approved ecosystem funding rounds?

Deposit $1.5M USDC from treasury into an Octant ERC-4626 Vault that uses Morpho’s “Steakhouse” USDC strategy (Credora A+; APY variable).
