An issue facing SUSHI right now is the need to safely migrate liquidity pools while also providing incentive for people to keep their money in the LP's during migration so as to not cause any gap in liquidity.

I propose migrating the ETH/SUSHI pool earlier than before, with a snapshot prior to and following migration to confirm who stayed providing liquidity during the active migration. As a result, those who continued to provide liquidity to the ETH/SUSHI pair during migration, should receive a one-time "airdrop" of bonus SUSHI rewards paid from the dev fund.
