Abstract: This proposal seeks to onboard Matrixed.Link as a validator for the Arbitrum One chain.
Motivation: Matrixed.Link is an experienced team that has been actively engaged with Arbitrum since 2021. We have successfully been servicing the Chainlink price feeds on Arbitrum to-date and have operated infrastructure and a Chainlink node for Gainsnetwork.io with a track record of fulfilling over 300,000 on-chain oracle requests on Arbitrum.
