Summary
This proposal aims to increase the rewards for participants in the technical and financial guards (multisigs) and a tiny signer reshuffle. DAO requests an allocation of 3M GEAR per quarter for technical multisig and 3M GEAR per quarter for financial multisig and a small reshuffle.
