I propose that we increase the amount of XP granted to author(s) of successful core proposals to 500 total XP. It is an incredible amount of work to ideate and champion a proposal through any DAO, let alone one of the most active, vibrant and successful DAOs of all time. As a DAO, we should attempt to recognize and reward that work appropriately.
Simply put, 150XP isn't sufficient. XP is generally valued at 0.2GHST/XP in the marketplace. This means we are rewarding successful authors of proposals a measly 30 GHST …
