TL;DR
As a result of BIP-252, there is still a grant open in this custom build VeBalGrant contract: https://etherscan.io/address/0x89f67f3054bFD662971854190Dbc18dcaBb416f6. The unlock time has since then passed (2025-02-13T00:00:00Z). Balancer DAO contributed 50k BAL, Timeless contributed ~42 WETH.
The DAO multisig can return funds to both sides by atomically calling:
