Immortalize Community Champion

I would like to propose the immortalization of everyone's favorite community member, and memer, vanilladelphia.eth.

This would include creating a monument to commemorate his heroic actions in the discord, and creating a holiday on his birthday where ghsts gather to have fun in his name.

As part of this proposal, I suggest a minting of a special "vanilladelphia.eth birthday bash wearable" for all attendees of the bash, which could be a party hat, or possibly a blunt, bong or other paraphernalia which will be decided on in a later proposal.
