AI summary

This proposal requests $193,138 USD in ARB tokens to fund the second version (V2) of Arbitrum DAO's Onboarding Program for seven months. The program, run by the Onboarding Working Group, aims to act as a 'Governance Bootcamp' to recruit and train new contributors for the Arbitrum DAO. It will focus on selecting high-quality participants, training them, and then matching top performers with Arbitrum protocols that need governance support, with a commitment to diversity by ensuring at least 25% female/non-binary participants.

Impact

If passed, the Arbitrum DAO treasury will disburse $193,138 USD in ARB to the Onboarding Working Group to run this program. This could lead to a more diverse and skilled pool of contributors for the DAO, benefiting the overall governance process. The Onboarding Working Group members (Manugotsuka, ocandocrypto, san, and RikaGoldberg) will be responsible for executing the program.
