The goal of this proposal is to elect 9 members that will manage the community treasury and protocol parameters eventually. All execution fees for multisig transactions will be paid back in ETH on a monthly basis and up to 27,000 PAL will be allocated yearly to reward frequent signing.
Missing 5 weekly signing sessions will result in exclusion from the multisig.
