This proposal aims to request Gearbox DAO approval to deploy crvUSD pool and corresponding credit manager.

Motivation

crvUSD is one of the leading decentralized CDP stablecoins expressing steadily growing DeFi adoption. It is fully overcollateralized, having quality assets as collateral (check here).
