This proposal mandates an annual review and update of all Decentraland DAO governance documents. It also requires updates whenever there's a structural change within the DAO. The goal is to ensure that the rules and processes governing the DAO are always accurate, accessible, and reflect the current operational structure, addressing issues like outdated information and unrecorded decisions.

This proposal asks the Decentraland community to ban the name 'test' from being used within the virtual world. If approved, 'test' would be added to the Denied Names list, preventing any user from registering or using it for their in-world identity or assets. The proposer states this is a test of the name ban proposal process.

This proposal aims to reduce the fee for submitting new wearables and emotes in Decentraland from $100 to $25 per item. For the first six months, the Decentraland Foundation will subsidize $20 of this fee, making the effective cost to creators $5. The proposal also plans to automate technical validation of submissions using an open-source tool and reduce the Curators Committee from 14 to 3 members, who will receive a fixed monthly payment instead of per-item review.
